All but the driver's side window of my Lexus Rx 400h would not move up or down. Imagining a very costly fix I was delighted when it turned out to be an error in the computer that runs the windows and all that had to be done was reprogram the computer. My wife and I have been customers of Model Garage for more than 30 years starting back when the specialized in Volvos.

This is my favorite auto body shop!! I won’t take my ‘98 4Runner anywhere else and I’ve moved and hour away. They are super trust worthy and do an excellent job!! They just replaced my suspension and the 4runner drives like brand new!!

Thanks to Robert and his team, they were able to pinpoint the problem of my Lexus RX300, although it wasn't something they could fix. Namely a mechanical problem within the transmission. Their pricing is upfront and honest, everything was clearly stated before works being performed. One thing I would like to point out about Robert is his above-and-beyond attitude when it comes to helping his customers. He took my problem as his own and there was no shortage of his cars knowledges, and they helped me to understand the issues better & clearer.
