Just the way it should be when having a vehicle serviced...call and make an appointment, take your vehicle there, discuss what work will be done, leave the vehicle, receive a message that your vehicle is ready, return, discuss what was done, discuss the vehicle's general condition (good and not so good), pay, drive home knowing you received good service at 20 to 40 percent less than the same work at a dealership. You will not receive coffee in a comfortable waiting room, but, I will buy my own coffee with the money that I save.
