What can I say about these folks other than that I wish every garage were as earnest, clear, knowledgeable, and fair as they have been. Robert and Kyle patiently explained nuances about tires, steering mechanisms, and brakes to me while we worked through some driving issues in my vehicle. I now feel safe and trust my family in this truck so much more because of them. I felt well taken care of and that all the work I was charged for (which was discounted for no good reason other than their thanking me for my business) was clearly communicated from the get-go. Also, if anything was different (seized brake caliper was discovered) they let me know before doing work and got the OK before proceeding. All in all I wish all my customer experiences were like this. Lifetime customer won.

The Model Garage is one of the finest repair shops possible if you own a Volvo, Toyota, Lexus or other car model that they service. I have been coming here for over 20 years to keep my 1987 Volvo wagon and our 1999 wagon in top running shape. They know the quirks and common problems (which are not many) with these cars; will tell you when they think a repair is not worth doing; and are always prompt in completing work and giving advice. I do not think you will find a better place to have your car repaired.

Her mechanic, not diamonds, is a girl's best friend. The folks at Model Garage are terrific.

For over 20 years I have been blessed by the Model Garage! Their mechanics are the best and the service managers provide excellent customer service with an exquisite sense of humor!! My Sweet 1992 240 continues to function beautifully because of their excellent care. BRAVO MODEL GARAGE!!
