I really appreciated the email Model Garage sent out warning me about the catalytic converter thefts taking place in the Berkeley area. Mine was stolen, and I had the info to recognize what had happened because of the email, and I came right in for repairs, as well as additional protective measures to prevent another theft. The staff is great, I always feel taken care of, an Frida the shop dog is adorable!

I recently had my 2005 Volvo serviced at the Model Garage. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the explanation of the service required and cost was communicated with clarity. The interaction with the owners was friendly and comfortable and most important, the outcome of the service was excellent. I will continue to use the Model Garage for my Volvo.
