Paying hard-earned money to get my car "fixed" is never fun, BUT if I have to do so, then I'm glad it's to Model Garage because the people who work there and the service they provide are fantastic! Bruce and Robert are so "human"--They make me actually feel OK about the bill (hard to believe). I TRUST them to do what's necessary and not ever try to weasel more work out of me. Truly, if you haven't yet done so, give them a try. I've turned on my sister who lives in SF to them, and she, too, just thinks the world of them.

The Model Garage provided excellent and quick service. The car was in for its periodic maintenance check. It was supposed to be ready in the early afternoon. It was ready well before noon, after having been brought in at 7:30. Plus, we were informed that there was a nail in one tire, and we were able to take care of it the same day.

Robert was DETERMINED to resolve the persistent problems with my '83 Volvo . He and Jimmy worked tirelessly to address multiple issues. Robert also generously compensated me for the multiple visits.

Model garage is efficient and thorough. They even searched all over the United States for a part, found one of two in the country, a small plastic part for an old Volvo, installed it at no charge and, once again, my car was like new again. I recommend them highly.

The guys at Model Garage are great: knowledgeable, willing to talk me through all of the details of the work and what can/cannot wait, friendly and service is fast.

Check engine light appears on my commute. Betsy calms my nerves. Affirms that I can drop the truck off, they're busy and might not be able to fit me in. Not only do they confirm the problem, but they do fit me in! Very grateful and appreciative!
