They do excellent repair and service work, they take as much time as is necessary to answer questions, and they go out of their way to accommodate customers’ scheduling needs. Everyone I have had contact with at The Model Garage has been kind and generous with their time and their advice. I’ve owned many cars and tried many garages These folks are superb.

I appreciate the clear way that Robert describes my car's problems, and explains the pros and cons of various solutions. He respects the fact that I want to understand the details, and helps me prioritize repairs to keep my old Volvo in the best possible condition, for a reasonable amount of money.

Car stopped on Sunday, got it to Robert on Monday morning without an appointment and he got it back to me Monday afternoon, no hassle, running like new. Great ambiance and skilled mechanics

I am 75 years old and have been a customer of the Model Garage for 30 years or so. Last month I brought my car in after I had run over something in the rain and had a leaking tire. Robert checked the car and found a screw in the tire and no damage to the underside of the car. He recommended a tire place a few blocks away, and, when he could see that I was reluctant (because of the increased exposure) to go to a new location and wait for the car, he volunteered to do it for me. After the tire was fixed he refused payment for his time. That was the kind of service that makes the Model Garage special.
