The staff of Model Garage are always very professional and friendly. I brought my car in on a wednesday morning and picked it up Wednesday afternoon. The receptionist is friendly and warm.The mechanic explained what needed to be done and when I picked it up he showed me how they had to fix the trunk latch.

We've used Model Garage for our Prius for more than a decade, and have nothing but good things to say about their work and their integrity. Now we'll be using it for a second car -- bought it online, after Model Garage inspected it and gave it a clean bill of health with their expected thorough inspection. I doubt that there's a better service garage in the Bay Area.
