Called with a problem, and given help promptly, courteously and efficiently by Betsy. Came to the shop to be sure what we discussed was accurate. Robert quickly took a look at my car, confirmed what it needed and offered to keep it, or have me come back in a couple of hours for a 45 minute fix. Using after factory parts, he saved me money, and the car was ready promptly, and at less cost than they originally quoted me. Can't beat that!

I've said it before and I'll say it again. These guys at Model Garage know Volvo cars inside out and how to fix them no matter how old or "young." I trust them.

Quick, friendly, fair pricing and accommodating service. As a last minute precaution, before a road trip, I took my 2009 Sienna in to check out a suspicious noise. They were able to take a look and diagnose the issue on the same day I inquired. Van was ready the next business day. These guys rock!

Checked in yesterday to inquire about a minor repair to a mouse chewed up windshield fluid hose, and was able to bring it in this morning; work completed early afternoon. The estimate was about $100 yesterday, $165 this morning, and actual was $130+ out the door. Thanks, Robert!
