The work was done quickly, efficiently and courteously.

My beloved and (usually!) super reliable Prius quit on me while driving down the freeway. We had just talked about Model Garage a few days ago with close friends who LOVE this place, so I called and Robert said have AAA drop it off. This was around noon on a Monday. Just an hour or two later, Robert called with the happy news that not only was it ready, but it had been fairly minor. He took the time to really hear me out when I dropped it off, really listened to all the details. Then took his time explaining what had happened and why and some great info about the care and feeding of a Prius. Nice big, clean airy shop. Very friendly and accommodating. We'll be back!
