It is always a pleasure to talk with the people at Model Garage. They do great work and are great to deal with. They have kept our cars running well for many years, and we recommend them to everyone.

Professional and super friendly. Was shopping around for a repair place for my Volvo, and here someone answered the phone who could actually tell me what the part's purpose was that needed to be replaced and why. Great service all the way around!

Model Garage once again proved they have customer welfare first and foremost. Robert found my V70 Volvo had a fuel pump replacement program and sent me to the dealer in Walnut Creek (who was also great!) to get a free pump replacement. Saved me about $1,500 because they know their stuff, even when it comes to a 15-year old station wagon with 171,000 miles. "I seem to recall," Robert said about the pump replacement from Volvo, and he was so correct about the problem and the best possible fix.

As always the service was outstanding. AS I had to leave the car there for several hours the owner drove me home. As I needed the car sooner than promised, I was called to come back and pick up the car several hours prior to the time they originally thought it would be available. Couldn't be better
