The guys at the front desk were helpful, easy to talk to, and clear in their explanations of what could be going on and what steps they would take to look into it. Later that day, they called to tell me exactly what they found. All in all it was easy to get an appointment and good communication, even though they told me things I didn't want to hear about my aging Volvo. Model Garage will now be my "go to garage."
