It was fabulous, as usual. And I don't just say that because it turned out I'd spilled coffee over the gear shift, meaning the whole electric system didn't need replacing after all. But that's how it turned out and they seemed just as glad about it as I was. So that's what it's like at the Model Garage. I haven't actually gone to one of their parties yet, tho.

Could not have been better. They answered the phone quickly and scheduled an appointment without the usual transfers and holds associated with trying to schedule a dealer appointment. They set my expectation at 2 hours for a, while I waited in the lobby, 5k service. They were done in an hour and 15 minutes! The cost was exactly what they said it would be. I have finally found my car maintenance and repair place! Consider me a lifetime customer.
