First time to use The Model Garage, and had a very good experience. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and I had a good feeling it was done properly. Nothing to do with the service but I really like the shop, made me want to hang out on a Friday evening and have a beer and talk about cars. As important as the job done right, they also communicated very well, made sure I understood what they had found and fixed, and treated me with respect. 180 degrees from the way dealer repair shops make me feel.
