Robert was knowledgeable and friendly. The garage was able to determine and repair the mysterious clunking in the suspension. Additionally Robert provided advice on other issues with the car without pressure to have repairs made.

Usually excellent, but this time, the person did not close the hood of my car. I was driving on the freeway with no way to get off and the hood was moving around. It did not fly up, but I was very nervous until I could get off the freeway. I do not think this should happen.

We have taken our Volvos and now our Toyota Avalon to the Model Garage for the last 39 years, wouldn't think of changing. Their service is excellent. Being able to make appointments on the internet is very helpful and they are prompt with a reply. Our last service was for a routine 105k which was preformed with accuracy and speed.

As usual, excellent service, good stories, honest people. No wonder we've been taking our succession of Volvos here since 1981!
