I've been taking my 1996 Volvo 850 Turbo to the Model Garage for years now. The folks at Model Garage are so helpful and so honest, and always take tip top care of Sven (my Volvo) and are true masters of their craft. As a young, blonde, female, most auto shops and dealerships I've gone to in the past have preyed on me by insisting on expensive and unnecessary repairs. (Assuming I won't notice anything and just pay whatever they say.) The Model Garage acts like an extension of family, and has never tried to take advantage of me. I really couldn't give a better recommendation.

I don't trust anyone else to fix my car! Model Garage has always patiently worked with me to figure out the most cost-effective way to keep my prius going. They are incredibly honest and even reimbursed me one time when they overcharged for air conditioner repairs! I recommend Model Garage everyone :)

Car went in for regular service and came out, no problem, no surprises. Couldn't get back in time to pick it up, no problem. Picked it up in the morning. Run/sounds great. NO PROBLEM.

Excellent, prompt and friendly service.

I got the appointment when I wanted, and my car was finished in four hours--I was a little afraid it could be over the weekend, so I was pleasantly surprised. The guy who checked me in is skilled at giving a worst-case-scenario on the price, and then enjoys telling you a lower price, leaving you feeling relieved with what you actually pay. And relieved is a good feeling, so I'll take it. And I'll be back.

Don and Peter, and now Bruce and Robert, have always taken great care of me and my 240 DL.

No-nonsense service. The staff at Model Garage tell it like it is. I'd trust them to babysit my kid (if I had one).
