I love the guys at the model garage. They are always super friendly, down to earth, and they've mostly been there forever. I needed my passenger window fixed and knew it would be costly, though it ended up costing less than I had been quoted elsewhere. Made an appointment and dropped the car off the night before. Friendly staff each time I called and stopped by in person. Robert showed me the broken piece of my window and explained how it should work. He also replaced a broken tail light. I appreciated the interest in repairing my car. I will be back for the next service needed on my Volvo.
