After noticing what appeared to be an oil leak beneath the chassis of my Prius, I scheduled an appointment with The Model Garage. They approved my first choice, as usual, then Don got back to me within the day to confirm I had punctured the oil pan and it needed to be replaced. Given that further delay could well have led to more serious engine problems, it was good timing that I brought it in when I did. It's now driving like a charm with no leaks thanks to the Model Garage's usual spot on diagnoses and service.

Good service with a goal of doing the job right. Had to use a used part. When one arrived that wasn't a good one, rather than just install it anyway, they looked for and found a better one, which is the kind of shop and service I was looking for. I will be back.
