Very helpful and fast

I came in for a routine service at 97K interval. Work was fine and vehicle returned as promised same day. Coincidentally, I had a claim pending since spring 2015 for a broken front passenger door window with AAA. They use Safelite Solutions for their auto glass repairs. However, Safelite had not been able to find the part, leaving me with a broken window all this time. On the off chance that Model Garage might help, I enquired and lo and behold was told they had just done that same repair the day before! And the work was performed the same day as my routine maintenance with no extra appointment. Needless to say I am one happy customer and Model Garage has my business for life (or at least life of my Volvo).
