Here's what I wrote on Yelp - my second review. And I have only written on that site 11 times. Truly, your next car should be a Volvo so that you can truly leverage the smarts, honesty, humor and skill of this shop. They have helped me out of oh so many jams. They troubleshoot like nobody's business, find less expensive parts and pass the savings onto the consumer and even program the Volvo key fobs. I'm a fan and won't use anyone else.

As usual, the Model mechanics informed me of a future difficulty, (with my rear axel) and called me to ask if they could fix it while the car was in the shop. That saved me time and avoided my encountering the problem later.
