I had noticed that my brake pedal was going all the way to the floor when I put my foot on it. They told me what they thought the problem might be when I explained it and advised me to have the car towed to the garage instead of driving it in. When they discovered what the actual problem was they called and kept me up to date on the progress. I've been taking our cars there for the last 38+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
