I brought in a 2010 Honda Civic on behalf of an older relative. The car had been accelerating unevenly and with a grinding noise, especially up hills, and a shop I went to earlier wasn't able to detect anything wrong. I brought the car to the Model Garage, and Ernesto immediately noticed the lack of power. It turned out the transmission fluid was almost gone, probably due to a poorly done repair job a few months back. When the previous mechanic wouldn't take responsibility for it, Ernesto gave me a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and then took care of it over the next few days. Now it feels like driving on a cloud compared to what was happening before. I want to commend Ernesto and the Model Garage team for their expertise, transparency, and professional manner. I will definitely be back for any further repairs that need to be done.

Although my 1993 Volvo has something akin to Alzheimer's, The Model Garage keeps reviving it. With auto prices at sky-high levels, The Model Garage is the place to go to keep "er cheaper.
