I just finished my second Volvo service with the Model Garage. Although I've never in my life said this about car repairs the service was simply superb. Honest beyond reproach. I'll never go anywhere else with my Volvo again.

The service was good, though it cost me $10 to get there to pick up my car--it would be nice if you had a shuttle or something for single people. The car was fixed, well I suppose (I've only had it back for a day), but it was quite expensive--$350+ seems a lot for a battery, but I haven't the receipt by me, so perhaps it was mainly the cost of the part. Certainly it was cheaper than the dealer would have charged. And I know if something goes wrong it will be quickly fixed.

Thank you once again for over 25 years of superb service!!! Love my Model Garage Family!!!

Another good experience with Model Garage. 90,000 mile servicing was done well; they checked with me by phone for go-ahead on replacing a faulty part they detected (leaking water pump). They also found my tires nearly worn out and the place they recommended was also terrific.
