Robert, Don, and Bruce saved my day yet again. My heater core in my 1995 Volvo wagon (850) died and they fixed it within hours. I know this is a laborious job, and the experts at Model Garage never let me down. I am so appreciative of their 5-star service and happily drove my car home, heat blasting. Thank you!!

I took my 1988 Volvo to Model for its routine 285,000 mile service. The shop found a few extra items that needed attention and gave me tips on how to follow up if a situation continued. All finished on time and professionally.

Great service - the point is that I trust them, although it may be on par with the dealers in terms of price. Good experience and they are willing to work with you and communicate regularly.

My Volvo is 25 years old and I love it. Maybe I should get another car but it will have to be one that can be services by the Model Garage. I can't lose two things I love. And thanks to the Model Garagethe Volvo is still going!
