Another great service experience at The Model Garage. The team managed to repair a shattered sunroof, wheel trim, mirror, and routine maintenance on short notice. Very impressive.

I am giving you three stars because it took three tries to fix the noise my steering wheel was making when I turned. Plus, Don, who is so good at imitating car noises with his mouth, was not able to make this sound. But finally the sound was recognized in test driving and fixed. Thank you folks.

The Model Garage has taking care of my volvos for a decade. My 960 sedan failed a smog test and needed a relatively expensive repair given its age and condition. They walked me through the options. 1000 to repair maybe get 2000 for it on cl. They reminded me of the state buyback program which would pay me 1000 even though they lose the repair. The kind of customer oriented thinking that I learned to expect from them time and time again.

Excellent and friendly work completed on tine and on budget.
