Everyone was super helpful and efficient, and Don in particular explained a lot about Volvos to me, a newbie to the whole experience. He looked up the cost of a cargo cover for me. They even helped my to explain to the used car dealership what needs work on the car I ended up buying.

I first came to Model Garage because they had repaired a lamp for me when I dropped in thinking I just needed a bulb change. they were kind enough to get me back on the road quickly without charge. The work just completed was intensive and the staff were very professional and the rates very reasonable. Model Garage will be my mechanic from now on!

Great service - always dependable.

My car had a most unusual problem. The drivers' side door would not open from either inside or out. When I called Model Garage for help the first two questions I was asked were : where was I and was I okay! Amazing! People who cared about me, not just my car. The icing on the cake was that they made an immediate appointment for the next day and had the door opening and closing as expected by the end of the day. Thanks to everyone!
