As always, Dan and the Model Garage came to my rescue. This time they replaced the alternator belt while I waited. Last time Don cleared the clogged drain lines for the moon roof - no charge and no more leaks! This is the best garage for Volvos in town, bar none. Thanks guys.

I still love you guys, but my driver window still makes a noise when I lower it and my front passenger door still rattles on a rough pavement. Maybe we'll revisit those next time. In the meantime, the car runs well except for the defroster/air.

I always feel a little bit like family when I bring our jalopy to Don and Robert at Model Garage. These guys ooze integrity. I especially appreciate their suggestions about how to save money--what's worth doing and what isn't.

Model Garage is terrific! And the Charlie Parker saxophone music… is copacetic!

It is always a pleasure to have one's car serviced at the Model Garage: everyone is incredibly nice and very competent.

They fit me in with little advance planning, got the inspection done quickly and in the time estimated, and gave me good information about a used car I am in the process of buying.
