We called because our engine light came on. They were able to take us first thing in the morning and we had our car back early that afternoon. Fast, friendly, and reliable service! We've been going here ever since we moved to Berkeley 4 years ago and wouldn't think of taking our Volvo anywhere else.

seems to have been great!( My first visit) break job was done in one day with only a days notice/ and lots of little,things were done, that I did not expect/ Topped off coolant/fixed tail lite bulb/ started work on window that was often stuck open, by disengageing button( thank you) Drop off at rental car at 515 pm was above call, so overall really good. I have been taking my car to the Model Garage for at least 7 years, and I have always had nothing but great experiences with them-- they did the best possible work with my cranky car until the very end. I highly recommend them in every way!
