Great as always.

Work performed well and on time. Charges were fair. No pressure to "fix" items that can wait for a while. Issues were explained, but could have been at an even more elementary level. For example, just what is a "bushing"? Don't overestimate the owner's knowledge! Still and all, I was pleased and will be back.

The Model Garage is exceptional and fair when it comes to pricing. One thing I like about them is they they inform you or get your permission before fixing the car. I also like their welcoming attitude, friendliness and their expertise, professionalism when it comes to fixing my car. I intend to visit them regularly with my other car in the future. I recommend this Garage for those of you out there with Volvo and Toyota.

I recently had a new radiator installed on my Volvo. I felt that the price was fair, the job was done quickly, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly.

As usual I was able to schedule my service appt on my first choice and received excellent personalized service.

Appointments recently for both 195,000 checkup and for alignment after recommended new tires. I appreciate Don's and Robert's patience in explaining what's going on, and being able to talk with the woman who works on my dear old car. Wish there were reasonable ways to fix more of its old-age shortcomings that Gail gently points out. Zena, office expert, is also often very helpful. Thanks. Thanks!
