Thank you for this opportunity to follow up. You rank as #1 for trust and competency. I am writing re: work that was done behind my dash/console: drivers side window still sluggish going up (not down) on cold mornings. the big analogue clock broke the day before and I am not sure why it wasn't included in the estimate for repair. how much would that cost? as with the clock, the universal locking system also stopped working the day before. how much does it cost to fix that? it looks like the odometer was repaired and not replaced, which i understood from previous conversations would involve starting at zero again if replaced. did you replace it or repair it? it looks like you checked brakes. can you tell me what percentage of wear I'm dealing with? thanks for fixing the temperature gauge. Car still running rough. Perhaps I should have left the car with you an additional day to resolve these dangling issues.
I'm sorry I was out when you returned, but I'm happy that we were able to resolve your concerns except for the window, which may need an expensive repair, and the clock, which we can probably get used (no new clocks available through Volvo). Thank you for giving us a chance to tie up loose ends. Don
