Always the best service - answers questions thoroughly and estimates are helpful. My Prius has been in great shape, partly due to Toyota and partly due to the great service they have given my cars.

I stupidly sheared off my right rearview mirror but it got fixed so quickly and easily that I didn't even have to come to terms with my stupidity.

I took my car in for it's 110,000 mile service, and the folks at Model Garage were great: communicative, helpful and provided good service. They told me exactly what was going on with my car, and helped me to understand what they were doing with it. Great people!

This is the place to go for servicing your car. This shop provides prompt and thorough service, but does not perform unnecessary repairs or replacement of parts. They have been in business for many years because or their reputation for honest work at a fair price.

The Model Garage never falters in its excellent, friendly service and right on fixes.

The people at the Model Garage go out of their way to satisfy every request. Easy people to deal with and reasonable prices.

I'm happy that Model Garage was willing to work with me on a way to deal with a pesky engine light problem on my Prius. . They suggested initially trying to solve the problem by replacing a valve that might be defective. The cost was substantial and the possibility existed that this might not solve the problem. As an alternative, Robert suggested that I buy a OBD2 reader and keep track of the error code that was coming up when the engine light came on. For me, this was a better solution.

I've found a few other Volvo repair shops in the US that come close to Model Garage, but if I want my car to be thoroughly looked over and fixed properly, no bullshit, I wait until I'm back in California and bring it here. It is important to have OCD service on a car when you don't want it breaking down on the interstate, in the middle of hundreds of miles of cornfields or desert!

Sorted out my problem and resolved to my satisfaction. Saved a few bucks as well!
