On my way to work my radiator hose broke enough to make my caution light stay on so I called the shop and they said they had the parts and could get to it immediately. As soon as the tow truck unloaded my car, and a few more minutes of paperwork, I was sitting in their office at a desk with my computer on using their wi-fi. I was able to connect to my office and begin my work day, and within an hour, my car was ready to go. The shop is immaculate and the people very nice. When my car needs service in the future, I will bring it back because I had a good feeling that they they know what they are doing, and do it well.

...by name and by nature. The work is excellent and thorough. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are not really into cars Model Garage will reliably advise you. I have learned how to better maintain my car with their help.

nasty little job because the molding is slightly bent. Nevertheless, Don arranged for the job to be done immediately while I wait. It looks great.

The morning cold noise still occurs. The steering wheel now makes a funny noise. Perhaps it's stiff. Otherwise the car rides well and is responsive. The best part is always interacting with you guys! Thanks for being so "user friendly!"

I have been coming to the Model Garage for over 15 years, and have never been disappointed by their friendliness and their quality of service. If it doesn't need fixing, they will say that it doesn't need fixing.

Model garage has kept both my 1979 and 1995 Volvo's running in perfect condition for all the time I have owned them. They have always done their best to meet sudden emergencies and repairs, squeezing me into busy schedules. My real problem with them is that I cannot buy a new car they do not maintain since I cannot imagine going to any other garage.
