I have been bringing my Volvos to Model Garage for over 30 years. When my husband wanted to get a different car, I reluctantly said OK, but if it wasn't going to be a Volvo it had to be a Toyota. I would change cars, but not mechanics. I enjoy driving the Avalon, but after having wagons for 30+ years I amd still unsure of backing into a parking space with a sedan. When I brought the Avalon in for servicing last week, everything went well, but you forgot to change my license plate holder to "Model Garage". So I will remind you the next time. The Model Garage was highly recommended by a friend and now we know why! The staff was friendly and efficient. Although we were first-time customers, everyone worked to accommodate our repairs by the next morning for our weekend getaway. They even brought a few things to our attention that could be put off until the next visit. No pressure. New brakes/alignment/steering rods, and the car handles beautifully.

Always courteous and even fun, these folks give dependable service, thoughtful conversation without pressure, and efficiently live up to their promises. I've found them trustworthy for almost twenty years with two different volvos. Couldn't ask for more.

I've been trusting you guys -- with my life, essentially -- for more than 20 years now, and I can't imagine ever using another garage. I recommend you to friends any chance I get. One of the things I appreciate most -- as a single mom with limited income -- is that you are always honest with me about whether or not I should put money into my older car. I love that you have the same mechanic work on the same cars over time, and I love that my car is taken care of by a woman (you go, Gail!). You have excellent service and stand by your work. Once or twice (over all these years) something wasn't perfect when I picked up the car, or something happened right away (bad brake pad once or something like that, and the recent weird tire episode) and you just took care of it and didn't charge me. You guys are the best! I have no idea what the bathroom looks like, but for me and my car, that's not what counts. :-)
