I have been bringing my Volvos to Model Garage for over 30 years. When my husband wanted to get a different car, I reluctantly said OK, but if it wasn't going to be a Volvo it had to be a Toyota. I would change cars, but not mechanics. I enjoy driving the Avalon, but after having wagons for 30+ years I amd still unsure of backing into a parking space with a sedan. When I brought the Avalon in for servicing last week, everything went well, but you forgot to change my license plate holder to "Model Garage". So I will remind you the next time. The Model Garage was highly recommended by a friend and now we know why! The staff was friendly and efficient. Although we were first-time customers, everyone worked to accommodate our repairs by the next morning for our weekend getaway. They even brought a few things to our attention that could be put off until the next visit. No pressure. New brakes/alignment/steering rods, and the car handles beautifully.
