I have been going to the Model garage since it first opened back in the 1980s. I do not believe words are sufficient to express the consistent, impeccable quality and integrity the Model Garage provides. I trust the Model Garage implicitly and explicitly. If I could have the same degree of trust for my doctor and attorney, life would be complete.

Once again, Model Garage was able to get my beloved old Volvo back on the road...and for a small fraction of the price a dealer would have charged. Happy me!

You are honest and thorough and use good judgement as to when something can go for a while or not before fixing. You talk to me in a friendly egalitarian way. I like that. Some car places talk to women customers as if we're idiots.

I won't bring my Volvo anywhere else. They really know what they are doing and will never overcharge or do unnecessary work. They're quick, the work is top notch, and never overpriced. They were recommended to me by another garage!

I was very happy in general. My only complaint is that there was an extra service done which was not aproved by me ahead of time. (Wheels rotation.)
