As a long time customer of the Model Garage, I wasn't surprised by my recent appointment. The car needed to be checked out in advance of the visit of married daughter, son-in-law (who would be driving it) and new grandson. The mileage was not at a big service point, but all essentials were checked and I got help with the backseats and car seat installation...all cheerfully and promptly provided. I have had only great experiences with Model Garage. They took care of my Volvo for over 10 years and they see my Toyota Highlander now because they do cars other than Volvos (though Vovlos dominate the lot). Always personable, always on time, always walk me through my options with advice I really trust. All around, they are wonderful and I recommend them highly.

Knowing I am retired and on a less than opulent budget, these Volvo mechanics find reusable parts and other economic measures for keeping the costs as low as possible while doing a safe job. And they are very accommodating so far as times are concerned. AND I've never had cause to question, let alone doubt, their judgment. Good folks.

You always do great work for me and I don't plan on going anywhere else for maintenance of my 2 Toyota vehicles.

Our family cars have been in the car of The Model Garage for fifteen years. They have been honest, fair and able make the best suggestions for our car budget triage.

Don and Peter and the crew have been taking care of our cars for 30 years and we have always been extremely happy with the service. In the old days, they still worked on Datsuns and we brought our Datsun to them. In 1991, we were looking for a truck and they suggested the Toyota truck. The old trucks didn't have model names or numbers--just "Toyota truck." Last December we took the truck to them for its final servicing--the repairs were too expensive to justify. Don and Peter didn't charge us for evaluating the truck even though they spent quite a bit of time on it. Three years ago we bought a Prius and Model Garage services it. Thanks for 30 years of consistently good car care--and you're pretty nice to people too!
