I brought my 2018 Outback in for a brake inspection. I needed a full brake job, both axles. I left the car overnight and it was completed on time the next day. Staff was polite and friendly, and explained the details of the job clearly and understandably. I will use Model Garage for all future maintenance and repair needs

I have a 16 y/o Lexus IS250 that I have owned for 9 years. My alternator died. I usually do repairs and maintenance myself, but this job looked like to much work for me. This was this first time I have ever had to bring this car into a shop. I called Model Garage and talked to Ernesto. Told him I needed my alternator replaced as I knew that what the issue and he gave me a quote over the phone. I dropped my car off the next day and they had the job done in the early afternoon. These guys were very professional. They didn't try to sell me flushes/fluid changes or general maintenance stuff that I like to do myself. Also, the cost of the alternator replacement was less than I was expecting to pay. The next time I don't want to do a repair myself, I will bring my car to these guys. Thanks Model Garage!
