The folks at Model Garage go above and beyond and are truly amazing. Our car flooded with severe water intrusion in the recent storms and Model Garage walked us through every step of the way from helping us with the tow company to streamlining the communication with our insurance carrier and making sure our family was safe and supported. Special shout out to Doreen who could not have been nicer or more caring during what was a complicated and stressful car situation. Model Garage is truly the best! I can't give them enough stars and highly recommend them to all.

Very easy scheduling of service, and car ready well within estimated time. Also, a very helpful conversation about the car with my wife, who brought it in and is its most frequent driver. All much appreciated.

Honest and excellent

I just had a 90,000 mile service on my Prius and as usual the service--to me and to others who were leaving or picking up their cars--was excellent. (One of the staff even went to find a chair for an older gentleman while he and his wife waited.) They know what is needed and how to do it, keep track of your car's history, and their labor rate is fair and reasonable. I also love seeing Robert take a short break to walk his treasured little dog!

As always Model Garage Team continues to do an excellent service.

These guys do a great job. They know Volvos better than anyone. Better than that they let me know what needs to be done now, and what I can put off if I need to. They aren't the cheapest, but they know what they are doing and do it in a timely way. Thanks guys
