I've experienced absolutely extraordinary work and service at the Model Garage. I visited recently for the second time - my Prius battery died two days in a row, and I called the garage at 8am, had my car there at 10, and drove away with a fresh battery and a light heart at 3. Everyone I've interacted with has been warm, knowledgeable, and relaxed, and I feel like family as soon as I walk in the door here. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
