Always a smooth experience with routine service

Excellent and friendly service! All work clearly explained and carried out in a timely way.

This time it was a simple tune up but here is my last review which is still reflective of my previous experiences: I brought my 2002 Volvo to Model Garage for 16 years and was very pleased with the service. Now that my Prius is no longer on a service contract at the local dealer, I'm back here where the big 60,000 mile service is 40% of the cost of the local dealer's, which would have been over a thousand dollars. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Getting an appointment was easy.

Great shop to take your car to, friendly professional service.

I got a cat shield for my Prius at model garage. Was able to get a same day appointment. Friendly service and took less than an hour. Price is significantly less than what the Toyota dealership quoted.

Very pleased with the service. I wasn’t able to authorize the repair until 2:00 PM and they still got it done by 5:00 PM.
