I brought my 2018 Outback in for a brake inspection. I needed a full brake job, both axles. I left the car overnight and it was completed on time the next day. Staff was polite and friendly, and explained the details of the job clearly and understandably. I will use Model Garage for all future maintenance and repair needs

I have a 16 y/o Lexus IS250 that I have owned for 9 years. My alternator died. I usually do repairs and maintenance myself, but this job looked like to much work for me. This was this first time I have ever had to bring this car into a shop. I called Model Garage and talked to Ernesto. Told him I needed my alternator replaced as I knew that what the issue and he gave me a quote over the phone. I dropped my car off the next day and they had the job done in the early afternoon. These guys were very professional. They didn't try to sell me flushes/fluid changes or general maintenance stuff that I like to do myself. Also, the cost of the alternator replacement was less than I was expecting to pay. The next time I don't want to do a repair myself, I will bring my car to these guys. Thanks Model Garage!

I’ve been going to the Model Garage for years, and I can’t say enough about their service, both mechanically and professionally. They’ve taken care of my Prius for both regular maintenance and the occasional major incident, and it’s always reassuring knowing I can take her in and feel confident about the quality of the repairs and the fair pricing. Plus, John, Ernesto, Felix and crew are just nice guys. :)

The very best part of Model Garage is Doreen, who is a kind and thoughtful woman. I brought my 2016 Volvo S60 in for what I thought was just a simple belt adjustment, but in fact, the mechanics found a LOT more work that needed to be done. It was expensive, but Doreen spoke to me so clearly and compassionately, it didn't hurt as much as it might. She stayed in touch with me daily while my car was in the shop to up-date me on the progress. She is a fantastic employee!! (Robert, too....)

Fair honest timely service. Easy to schedule. Pricey (all car service is) but honest. Would recommend.
