Model Garage has been my family’s go-to mechanic shop for 30 plus years. The ownership has changed over time, but they continue to provide personalized, top of the line car maintenance and repairs at the lowest possible prices, given current parts costs.

Losing a catalytic converter isn’t fun, especially if you’ve had a Cat Shield installed. Unfortunately, the bad guys are adapting and a more secure shield is now a necessity. Model Garage understands this better than anyone, and provided me same day replacement of the converter (not cheap!) as well as better protection. The car was only unavailable less than a day. Great service!

Great first experience! Was looking for a new mechanic in the East Bay (Berkeley) area and was really pleased. They were transparent about everything with the services, and were prompt to communicate about the progress of everything. Will definitely be going back next time we need service on our Toyotas.
