Last week, I had a headlight out and they just charged me for the replacement bulb . Ever since we had the security plate installed on our Prius C to protect our catalytic converter from theft, the further upkeep on our family car is clearly in trustworthy hands by Model garage. I really can’t recommend more highly, the honesty and care through the service here. After years of being taken advantage through the dealership maintenance , I am relieved to have found a neighborhood mechanic so knowledgeable and reasonable

Always a smooth experience with routine service

Excellent and friendly service! All work clearly explained and carried out in a timely way.

This time it was a simple tune up but here is my last review which is still reflective of my previous experiences: I brought my 2002 Volvo to Model Garage for 16 years and was very pleased with the service. Now that my Prius is no longer on a service contract at the local dealer, I'm back here where the big 60,000 mile service is 40% of the cost of the local dealer's, which would have been over a thousand dollars. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Getting an appointment was easy.
