Good service a little pricey

I've been having my Lexus serviced at the Model Garage for the past year and a half. I was looking for an alternative to the local Lexus dealer which left much to be desired. I made my appointment with Robert for a regular service and some other issues that I wanted looked at. The service I received was top notch. I don't need a fancy lounge with coffee. I just wanted professional technicians that can do a good job. That's exactly what I found at the Model Garage. Plus, I can shop at the Berkeley Bowl before I pick up my car. What else could I ask for?

This is at least the fourth review I've written about the Model Garage, and they're always outstanding. The occasion this time was dead battery on our Prius. After AAA got the car started, I drove it to the Model Garage, and, although they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, they were able to check the battery (which was not charging well) and then replace it, all in a little over an hour.

In quickly and finished early, saved my day for the rest of that “list of things to do”!
