The model garage was able to fit me in right away, do the inspection I needed within a few hours, and get my back on the road same day. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and professional and I felt like I was in good hands.

This was my first experience with Model Garage and I am so happy! I was having a problem with the heater core in my Volvo and thought I should not drive my car. When I called Model Garage, Doreen quickly got my car to their shop and made arrangements to get my car fixed. She was very proactive, thoughtful and caring. She understood what I needed and assured me that they are familiar with working on older Volvos. After an inspection the mechanic, Robert, called me with all the information for what needed to be done and a cost estimate. The price was more than reasonable for the amount of work and the parts. Robert was nice and friendly and he answered all my questions. He definitely has great knowledge of Volvos. My car was repaired much quicker than I anticipated. I am so grateful and can not thank Doreen and Robert enough for all their help. I will definitely come back to Model Garage when I need work done on my car!
