As always, the Model Garage provided excellent service. We had our catalytic converter stolen. The Model Garage got the parts and completed the repair, added a stronger theft deterrent to the converter, did some other maintenance items and processed our insurance claim, all within a week.

The staff of Model Garage are always very professional and friendly. I brought my car in on a wednesday morning and picked it up Wednesday afternoon. The receptionist is friendly and warm.The mechanic explained what needed to be done and when I picked it up he showed me how they had to fix the trunk latch.
