I called The Model Garage because I needed a Cat Security plate (for catalytic converter) installed on my 2020 Prius. They were listed on the Cat Security website. The Model Garage was very kind to fit me in right away. I had read online that installing Cat Security plates can be tricky and it takes great care to make sure the catalytic converter doesn’t rattle after the plate is installed. I drove home on the freeway and no rattling sounds at all. This was my first experience with The Model Garage and it exceeded all my expectations!

I brought my car into the Model Garage for the first time after another mechanic could not find the source of a mystery noise in my car. They found the noise and took care of it the same day. I was very pleased with the speed of the work and the courtesy of the office staff and mechanics. I look forward to coming back again.

Excellent service on very short notice. My Lexus SUV wouldn't start and needed to be jump started. Model Garage agreed to start service the same day without an appointment even though they were short two people that day. I expected it would probably take most of the day before work on the car was completed but the battery replacement was started soon after I dropped the car off and completed in a half hour. A well deserved five star rating.
