Based on their excellent Yelp reviews, I went to The Model Garage and I am so happy I did. Their customer service is excellent. I called and Robert answered the phone immediately and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone for a 65,000 mile tune-up. Everyone who works at The Model Garage is friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the service I received. My engine under carriage protector had come loose and The Model Garage wired it up for me free-of-charge. To top it all off, there is a delightful little dog, Frida, that greets customers and she will surely put a smile on your face. I highly recommend The Model Garage and I look forward to seeing Frida again for my next tune-up.

I am so happy to have my car serviced at The Model Garage. The whole experience is truly wonderful, from scheduling the appointment, checking in, and picking up your car. I have total trust in them to provide the best service and I have never been disappointed. Everyone who works there cares about their customers. I will go to The Model Garage for all of my tune-ups and auto repair needs. Highly recommend! Plus, icing on the already delicious cake, there are the cutest dogs in the shop!!!

I recently had my 2014 Subaru Forester serviced at the Model Garage before starting a long road trip. I highly recommend the Model Garage . I used to take my car to the dealership , and while the service was good, it did not compare with the excellent service I received from the Model Garage. The people and mechanics are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and did a complete safety check on my car, which now runs like new. Their service was performed in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing! My car decided to stop working...! They took the car with 20 min. notice in late afternoon. The next day they call me early in the morning with the diagnosis , and with new alternator (that was the trouble maker) the car was ready by noon time. One can not ask for more!
