Rob provided superior service. What was most exemplary was his professional manner when explaining issues related to the car. He listened to our questions and responded with a manner that did not require us to know a lot about cars. We understood and could assess future work needs that the car will require and allow us time to budget for them and prioritize what is considered urgent. I feel in good hands at Model Garage. I've been a customer since 2004. After receiving good advice about not putting more $$$ into my '97 Avalon, I donated it. I brought in my new '08 Lexus ES 350 and Robert spent some time with me going over the nuances of the Lexus and showed me everything I needed to know to make that switch, take care of maintenance, and what is needed for the long trips to visit family. in other states Super professional, yet warm.
