Very good team here at Model Garage. They give you a very personal experience, and it's clear that they suggest the right fixes, not the most expensive ones. I've shopped around each time and they always came in competitively in price (note that Model Garage charges separately a diagnostic fee for each concern, be sure to get a full estimate when asking for quotes). They've saved me twice from falling for another mechanic's expensive quote. Also note that their Covid protocols are present and satisfactory.

I appreciate the clear way that Robert describes my car's problems, and explains the pros and cons of various solutions. He respects the fact that I want to understand the details, and helps me prioritize repairs to keep my old Volvo in the best possible condition, for a reasonable amount of money.
