This is simply the best auto shop imaginable. I just purchased the maroon 1991 Volvo 240 wagon that'd been serviced its whole life at The Model Garage, the previous owner had put an ad up just outside their office. I live in Los Angeles and had them take another look over it before driving down. They did their work and it's running beautifully. I'm so glad to have them do all future maintenance on the car -- there is no Model Garage in LA. I'll be driving up to pay them a visit as often as it needs servicing. Clear and candid communicators, they've given excellent service to me and my family every time. Love these folks!

Easy to get an appt, don't mind explaining WHY (parts & service) and friendly. About $115 p/hr but for Volvo, that's expected. Nothing but good so far and I've used them 2x.
