Easy to get an appt, don't mind explaining WHY (parts & service) and friendly. About $115 p/hr but for Volvo, that's expected. Nothing but good so far and I've used them 2x.

Model Garage makes everything easy, quick, and painless. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but they've always been great with my vehicles. When I bought my new car, I only looked at models that I knew Model Garage could repair, because of how much I rely on them!

Everything went well. I brought the car in early in the morning and was called in a timely fashion when the car was ready after being serviced.
